THE WEBSITE DESIGN PROCESS
Above all, our time together must be enjoyable and fun, that’s really important. I go above and beyond to turn your hopes, dreams and vision for your business into a beautiful reality and I do not stop until you are 100% happy.
Step 1
Booking
Once you’ve chosen the service that is right for you and you have decided to forge ahead, you are ready to complete the booking form. At this point there are a few questions to ensure that we craft the perfect proposal for you.
We can arrange a Zoom or a phone call. This is an opportunity for us to find out more about each other and to understand your business better, along with your ambitions for your site. We can answer any questions you have.
Once you are happy with your proposal and would like to proceed we will send an invoice with attached contract so that you can pay a deposit to secure your booking.
This is the first payment stage.
Step 2
Prep
Now you are officially booked in we will provide you with access to an online folder for you to share your text content and images, your branding and branding guidelines, your keywords for Google and any other documentation that we will need.
There is a little bit of prep work for you to enable us to deliver the perfect web design for your business.
Step 3
Exploration
Before we begin we might need to ask you to complete a more comprehensive questionnaire, a deeper delve so that we can really capture the essence of your brand and your business.
We will provide you with a project pack including documents to help you plan your content and think about the things you would like to include.
Step 4
Design
Your website not only has to look beautiful, it must guide your visitors through and be successful in encouraging them to take action!
We will already have mapped out a wireframe (layout template) based on your questionnaire answers. We will list the pages, determine which ones will be included in the main navigation and come up with calls to action on each section to create a flow for users moving through the site.
We’ll create your unique, bespoke web design and present it to you for your review. We will tweak the design until you are 100% happy. There are no limits to the number of revisions you can make.
This is the second payment stage.
Step 5
Development
It is now that the design composition is transformed from a static image into a live (not public) website.
Search engine optimisation is built-in from the ground up to give you the best start on Google, Bing, Yahoo etc. Mobile optimisation is completed and checked across a full range of screen sizes. Your website will be optimised for speed and security.
We will ensure that you have the simplest editing experience possible through your beautiful custom built website, making updates a breeze.
Your website will be tested across a range of browsers and devices of all screen sizes.
Step 6
Review
Your WordPress website will be ready for you to view on the test server.
At this point you will be involved in user testing as you navigate your way through your new website. Ensuring that you are comfortable with the website and the new interface that your visitors will see and use.
We can make any tweaks necessary to ensure that everything is perfect for you.
Step 7
Launch prep
When you are ready we will migrate your website to your live domain and we can agree a launch date.
Your website will be extremely intuitive and easy to use and bespoke user guides with screenshots will be provided. You will also have links to tutorials and online user guides, plus for WordPress, access to our bumper reference guide.
This is the final payment stage.
Step 8
Celebrate!
Launch day! Crack the bubbly, sit back and soak in your new global presence on the web!

Maintenance and Support
We’re your greatest cheerleaders and always have your back! We will be around to support you for the next 6-months and way into the future if you would like.
All new websites come with free of charge support and maintenance for 6 months.
This includes updates to the main WordPress platforms, themes, and plugins (twice weekly/as required); website health checks; verifying the website after updates; website backups; plus malware and security scans.
Not only that, you will receive technical support and help with using your WordPress site during office hours.
You are not on your own, we too want to see you succeed and flourish and we will give you all of the help and support that we can!
