WHEN THE ILLUSTRATIONS ARE SO SCRUMMY ITS A DELIGHT TO CREATE SUCH A BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE!
It’s all about the beauty of the illustrations to engage the visitor with the brand, then making sure it’s really easy to buy online.
What’s not to love about creating websites for children’s book authors, the doggy illustrations in this one are absolutely stunning. This is where a truly bespoke design comes into its own. The images are unique and really tell a fabulous story, a design that cannot be replicated.
I used the branding fonts for highlights throughout the website and chose a readable body font to align perfectly with them. Naturally I have used the images everywhere with videos to enable the visitor to delve deeper and really engage.
The online book store is built with WooCommerce for WordPress. Building with WordPress ensures that the website is easy to manage including updating pages, adding posts and managing products and orders.
