Piece of Cake Marketing are a fun, friendly and creative marketing agency. They help your business to reach your customers’ through imaginative branding and marketing, engaging content and the latest social media strategies. Emma and Kate bring the ideas and the cake, you bring the tea bags.
Piece of Cake Marketing would like a new clean and contemporary website with the main focus on the home page as the landing for the main navigation. There will also be standard pages (FAQs) and a small eShop for downloadable PDF products.
Piece of Cake do not hate their current website, the main issue is that it is slow and is not as uniform as they would like on sub-pages. Nevertheless they have chosen to refresh the design with something new to take them forward for the years to come.
The website should provide a reference point for existing clients and attract new clients. There is no specific horizontal market, the company serves a range of business sectors and demographics.
The new website has many new features including a collection of Case Studies that demonstrate the breadth of work POC do with their clients. They’ve also got a snazzy search function on blog section which is much needed now there are over 60 blogs on the site to keep you up to date with all that is going on in the world of marketing and social media. There is an online shop where people can download PDF files to help them with their social media.
The design completely follows the brand guidelines, fonts and colours. Bespoke buttons and icons were added to help make the site completely unique.
POC worked hard over the last few months developing their brand further to able to offer something to all businesses, which led them to create a sub-brand named Social Media Essentials. POC understand that people want to be able to learn to do things for themselves, Social Media Essentials provides he tools to do this. Social Media Essentials is made up of three areas;
FAQ’s, which answer everyday social media marketing questions
Downloads, that provide a deeper knowledge of subject areas
Facebook group.
