Tracey is an absolutely awesome website designer and developer. She did such an outstanding job on my site. I knew the user experience and look and feel I was after as well as the architecture of the website, but she was fabulous at reading into my vision and suggesting her own recommendations from her experience and expertise. I was totally new to WordPress and the technical jargon. She taught me lot of basic but incredibly things! And her WordPress user guide enabled me to get started very smoothly. Tracey was also was wonderfully organised to project manage within timelines and always revert to questions and feedback promptly, her turn around time is always exceptional. Even post live phase she is extremely responsive, and always revert within 24 hours maximum. I am surely going to pursue the relationship through her monthly support service, and use her magic genius again should I ever wish to create another website … Not to mention that I will keep recommending her and spreading the word about how amazing she is. I only launched my website a week ago and had so much outstanding positive feedback on the look and feel and design, whether from friends or highly trusted and successful business contacts.
