Penwartha Cottages is a boutique holiday cottage company that offers high quality cottages near Perranporth Beach, an area of outstanding natural beauty on the North Cornish coast. With a warm welcome and a home from home feel what’s not to love?

Penwartha Cottages has been a successful holiday business since 2005. The homes are everything that you would expect from a collection of quaint Cornish cottages and are set in a perfect country environment.

Design is all about showcasing the brand and creating an aspirational website to compel visitors to book

The owners of Penwartha wanted to revamp their website and to provide a great experience for their increasing number of mobile visitors. They wanted to have something clean and crisp, inviting and current, that provided a showcase for their stunning images.

This is a holiday web design with full screen images to showcase the properties and the area, plus set the scene for visitors to see and feel what it would be like to stay at these lovely holiday homes. The semi-opaque header lays over the image to allow the image to use the whole page and we recreated the logo in soft grey to match the new design. The main font is Century Gothic, clean and modern and the secondary titles and navigation use the Quicksand font, the two go together well. The properties have image links at the footer of each page for the visitor to click and book.
