Black Lion have been estate agents in Kalkan, Turkey since 2002. They sell Turkish property to foreign buyers who are mainly from the UK. Black Lion have the best portfolio of property for sale of any agency in the area and a reputation for honesty, integrity and reliability. They help clients to realise a dream in purchasing a little piece of paradise.
The Challenge
Black Lion were being penalised because their current website design was not mobile friendly. The website had been in place for 11 years without any major structural change and it was time for update. It was important that the brand remained recognisable to existing clients, they did not want to confuse visitors. They were specific in their requirement for a high quality website to assure buyers and sellers alike that Black Lion are the best.
The Solution
This is a custom WordPress Design retaining the existing branding. I continued the black and white theme throughout the rest of the site, creating buttons and icons to match. Fonts are traditional Georgia for headings and modern Proxima Nova for body text. A good visual opening is the shop window of the website immediately engaging the visitor, creating a feel for what it would be like to buy from Black Lion Property and to live in Kalkan.
The site is easy to navigate and a comprehensive property search function ensures that visitors are only a few clicks away from what they want to see. Once they get there, showcase property galleries will keep them interested and persuade them to enquire via the property specific enquiry forms or share via social media. Easy editing and content management for properties, scrolling galleries, images, page content and video embeds.
